Oilheat America

Community

Oilheat dealers are always ready to give back to their communities.

From this concept a not-for-profit charitable organization was born - Oil Heat Cares.

Through Oil Heat Cares, Oilheat professionals - members of the National Association of Oil Heating Service Managers - donate their time and talent to help those less fortunate by volunteering to work for a day on a local project. The organization also raises money by sponsoring events, such as the "Care to Ride" bicycle ride/walk, and then uses that money to purchase equipment from manufacturers to install in homes of those in need.

Since its founding, Oil Heat Cares has come to the aid of numerous families and institutions in need of warmth.

Sharing -

Oil Heat Cares, with the support of Oilheat equipment manufacturers and local oil companies, helped this New Jersey family install two new tanks and a boiler and donated their first load of fuel. The family has 11 children (one sick with leukemia) and had been without heat after being shut off from their local utility two years before Oil Heat Cares came to the rescue.

And Caring -

This bicycle ride/walk in Hartford, Connecticut raised funds for Oil Heat Cares. Participants were required to make a minimum pledge of $100. Top fundraisers and participants received prizes and recognition for their worthy efforts.
